The Applied AI Company (AAICO) builds products to help automate and enhance mission critical processes within the health and safety sectors.
AAICO is focused on improving the productivity and quality of document-heavy decisions and reviews in the healthcare, insurance, and pharmaceutical industries. These decisions include independent medical examination, claims adjustment, pharmacovigilance literature review, identity verification and medical coding.
AAICO processes millions of articles a month of medical literature and personal health records in the US, UK, Europe, and the UAE.

The Internship Program
Runs for a minimum of 3 months up to a maximum of 6 months and is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Participants will receive a stipend of 1,000 AED per month and is flexible around your studies and other engagements.
Participants will be expected to spend at least 1 day per week in AAICO's Abu Dhabi office in Khalifa Park but is otherwise a remote role. Interns will work on real projects in the UAE and will experience an unrivaled applied AI experience.

The Graduate Program
Runs for 6 months and is a full-time program based
in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Participants will receive:
1) visas;
2) shared accommodation;
3) a stipend of 10,000 AED per month.
Participants will be expected to spend 5 days per week in AAICO's Abu Dhabi office in Khalifa Park. The Graduate Program is a grueling “all-in” experience for us to evaluate future employees and to give you a fully immersive applied AI experience.
Both Programs
Offer a pathway to full time employment at AAICO. Participants will work in the Advanced Prototypes team where they will work on new use cases and systems across healthcare, safety, financial services, crypto and media. Approximately 50% of the work is AI related and 50% is software engineering (building the delivery systems for AI - the last mile of AI) to deliver value into the organization.
Participants will benefit from life changing experience in the field of Applied Artificial Intelligence and enterprise software with exposure to a range of challenging problems. There are no fixed application dates, and applicants will be invited to complete a coding challenge prior to an in-person interview in Abu Dhabi.
Customers can easily manage their jobs at AAICO by simply uploading and downloading files and selected what AI services are required through an intuitive interface.
We have Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) that provide quality assurance and teach our AI to be more tailored to your needs.
We pair LLMs with Sub-Symbolic & Symbolic AI to solve a broad range of problems.
